In recent years, African tech ecosystem has been rising very fast. Since 2019, there has been a massive explosion in growth and investment in African tech companies. Africa’s diverse tech scene has been one of the fastest growing in the world this last decade.
As a UK based business and having strong tech consultancies experience in both mature UK and European tech markets, we want to be the bridge between the young, disruptive and fast growing African tech market and the much more mature European market.
According to GMSA (The Mobile Economy Sub-Saharan Africa), “Over the period to 2025, 4G adoption in Sub-Saharan Africa will double to 28%, compared to a global average of 57%”.
In layman’s terms, Africa’s 495 million mobile service subscribers right now is expected to hit 615 million by 2025.
